1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sports Biz Academy website, membership, digital courses, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Sports Biz Academy provides digital educational content, business playbooks, templates, scripts, live Zoom coaching calls, and a Private Locker Room community (the "Membership"). The Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Membership is billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. Billing occurs automatically each month on the anniversary of your initial purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at doug@sportsbizacademy.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.

5. No Refunds

Because the Membership includes immediate access to digital information products, templates, and resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, playbooks, scripts, templates, videos, and resources provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Sports Biz Academy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal business use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce any materials without express written permission.

7. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or business outcomes from using the Services. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control. Testimonials are individual experiences and may not be typical.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Biz Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Sports Biz Academy. You are an independent business owner responsible for your own decisions, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.

11. No Affiliation with Meta/Facebook

Sports Biz Academy is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) in any way. Any references to Facebook or Instagram in our materials are for educational purposes only and do not imply any official relationship.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
